Labcorp test 183194. Chlamydia and gonorrhea nucleic acid amplification testing using first-void urine, vaginal swab, endocervical swab, or male urethral swab as appropriate. For urine collection, the patient should avoid urinating for at least one hour before collection and provide the initial portion of the urine stream rather than a midstream clean-catch specimen.
